Final sale policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research-grade peptides and the requirement for strict climate and environment control, all sales are final. * We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.” To maintain the integrity and purity of our catalog, we cannot restock or resell any product once it has left our facility, as we can no longer guarantee its chain of custody or storage conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in our quality control and packaging. However, if there is a discrepancy with your order, we will rectify it under the following conditions: Damage in Transit: If a vial arrives broken or compromised, you must notify us at [sales@peptidescape.com] within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately without opening the vacuum seal or security packaging. Required Documentation: To process a replacement, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box, the damaged product, and the packing slip.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Peptide Scape is responsible for your order up until the point of “Delivered” status by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes after a successful delivery. If a package is lost in transit (no delivery update for 10+ business days), we will open an investigation with the carrier and, at our discretion, issue a one-time replacement.

Refund Process

In the rare event that a refund is authorized (e.g., a permanent out-of-stock item), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 2–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
